Truths About Hypnosis

While in trance, the client's conscious mind remains engaged while the subconscious mind is accessed. At any time, a client can bring himself out of hypnosis. if he has a strong desire to do so.
In hypnosis a client cannot be made to do or say anything he does not wish to do or say.
A client cannot be made to act against his will or moral code. For this reason, change can take place in hypnosis only if a person is committed to making that change.
If a client enjoys the hypnotic state of complete relaxation so much that he wants to remain in that state for a while and refuses to be counted out of trance, he will simply fall asleep to awaken a short time later feeling wonderfully relaxed.
While in trance a client hears everything that is being said and is aware of everything happening around him.
