• October 27, 2008 – Lexington Leisure Center, Lexington, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm – Energy When You Want It, Relaxation When You Need It. Registration through the Lexington Leisure Center – cost is $40 for this 2 hour workshop in which participants learn effective relaxation techniques and tools for better sleep as well as practical and easy workout routines.
